The analysis runs inside GitHub's own runners. A review takes about 30 seconds; the first one takes a few minutes longer while six months of history are reconstructed.

Scores per pillar and meter, your trend, and how you compare. Run new reviews whenever you want to see progress.
Your code never leaves GitHub
The code is read in an ephemeral runner and discarded when it shuts down. Only derived metrics are stored - in the EU. No source code, file names or commit messages are kept.
