Terms of Service
1. The service
AgenticReview is operated by DataRBL AB, 559385-4754, Agavägen 64, 181 55 Lidingö, Sweden. It reviews software repositories and reports scores for architectural structure, handover-readiness and how well a team governs AI-generated code. Scores are an indication, not an audit or a guarantee of quality or security. During the beta, thresholds are preliminary and may change; each review records the model version it was made with.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. The account owner is responsible for activity in the account.
3. GitHub access
You connect repositories by installing our GitHub App with read-only access to contents and metadata. You may only install it on accounts and repositories you are authorised to grant access to. You can remove access at any time in your GitHub settings.
4. Plans and fair use
- Freemium: one review per calendar month, up to 10 repositories. The free allowance applies per GitHub account or organisation.
- Premium Bronze, Silver and Gold: a set number of reviews per month and a maximum number of repositories per review, as shown on the pricing page. The monthly review allowance resets every month from your subscription start date, whether you pay monthly, every 6 months or yearly.
- Limits: a daily limit of 4 reviews per installation applies to all plans. Repositories above a plan's limits are listed in the report as not included.
- Enterprise: governed by a separate agreement.
5. Payment and cancellation
Paid plans are sold and billed in advance (monthly, every 6 months or yearly) by Stripe, which acts as merchant of record for the payment through Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe's name appears on your receipt and card statement, and Stripe handles payment, sales tax and VAT, and payment disputes under its own terms. Your use of AgenticReview is governed by these Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time before your renewal date in the customer portal; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Unused reviews do not roll over. We do not refund partial periods unless required by law.
6. Ownership
You keep all rights to your code. We keep all rights to AgenticReview, its models and methods. You allow us to use derived metrics from your reviews in anonymised, aggregated form to build benchmarks, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can opt out in your account settings at any time; benchmarks are then not available to your account.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to analyse code you are not authorised to access, try to identify individuals from reports, interfere with the service, or resell it without our written consent.
8. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Reviews depend on GitHub's infrastructure; if GitHub cannot run a review, we retry automatically.
9. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. On closure, data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these terms and will notify account owners of material changes at least 30 days in advance.
12. Governing law
Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by the Stockholm District Court, unless mandatory consumer law gives you another forum.
